About us
Childpage navigation
We study extrasolar planets, with a particular focus on understanding their interiors and atmospheres. Our work emphasizes Super-Earths and Mini-Neptunes, which are most frequent among observable worlds. We develop and explore advanced models and inference methods to deepen knowledge of these fascinating worlds. Inference methods allow us to extract insights about interiors and atmospheres from observational data. We have particular expertise in the chemical and compositional coupling between a planet's atmosphere and its deep interior, shedding light on the complex interactions that determine physico-chemical properties of planets.
Our group's expertise spans planet interiors, planet evolution, and planet formation, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of exoplanetary systems. Our research bridges astronomy, geophysics, geochemistry, geodynamics, and origin of life sciences.
Currently, we do not have any open PhD or PostDoc positions.
